The discount code won’t work

Please make sure you are using capitals.

The discount code is only available on Notches ordered from the Personalise Your Notch page. If you have purchased products from different collections then the discount won’t be applied.

How many times can I use the discount code?

As many times as you like up to midnight on 19^th March 2023.

Can I use more than one discount code with the same order?

No, you can only use one discount code at a time with any single order.
