The discount code won’t work

Please make sure you are using capitals.

The discount code is only available to Bracelets, Loops and Tales from the Sustainable Collection. If you have purchased products from different collections, or created an Ocean Yarn Bracelet using our Create A Bracelet tool, then the discount won’t be applied.

How many times can I use the discount code?

You can use the code as many times as you like.

Can I use more than one discount code with the same order?

No, you can only use one discount code at a time with any single order.
