Your garment will start being created in the seconds after you place you order. This means that almost all orders will leave our UK Clothing Studio the next working day. However, please allow up to 3 working days for clothing production and the following amount of time for delivery: UK 3 - 5 days, EU 5 - 10, International 10 - days.

All UK orders are shipped FREE to UK Post Codes. The cost for EU and International delivery is £5.00 with the exception of Australia and New Zealand where the charge is £10.00.

Your clothing order will be shipped by courier, separately to any other items you have ordered from the Notch store.

With having multiple hidden disabilities and subsequent comorbities, its hard to communicate them at times and I do worry that if I was to get into an accident or have a flare, how would I communicate my needs and conditions? I have the hidden disabilities lanyard but there’s only so many cards you can fit in there and no one is going to take time to take them out to read in an emergency! I found Notch through an EDS UK forum and I am so happy that I did. I love this medical ID bracelet. All of my conditions were already listed, but I did utilise the custom option for more detail on one of my injuries. It has reassured me that in case of a medical emergency, this would communicate for me. My only niggle is that they cannot get wet, as I would have loved to wear it when swimming. However, it’s not the end of the world and I just keep it close when doing so! I love how customisable it is, for colours, conditions, ICE contacts etc. My bracelet came so quickly and I got to wearing it instantly! 100% recommend and will be adding!

I purchased a notch and because of the pale engraving and the pale notch colour, it was hardly visible. I contacted Notch and the customer service was outstanding.
