Shipping policy

NOTCH Jewellery Deliveries and NOTCH Clothing Deliveries

NOTCH Clothing orders (T-Shirts, Jumpers, Sweatshirts & Hoodies) and NOTCH Jewellery orders (Notches, Bracelets, Loops & Tales) are shipped from separate UK locations - our Jewellery Studio and our Clothing Studio. If your order comprises both Jewellery and Clothing, you will receive two separate deliveries.

Packaging

As standard, we send NOTCH Jewellery in NOTCH branded, recyclable velvet pouches as part of our initiative to minimise waste, reduce carbon footprints, and be kinder to the environment.

You can select a presentation tin instead of a velvet pouch by clicking here.

We ship all jewellery orders inside NOTCH branded packaging. If you’re buying as a gift, we’ll help you keep the secret, giving you the option, during checkout, to choose plain packaging instead of branded packaging by adding a note to your order.

Please note that NOTCH Clothing is not available in plain packaging.

UK Shipping

NOTCH Jewellery orders are handmade at our Jewellery Studio and will be shipped within 10 working days. If your order is at least £40.00, we will send your jewellery order FREE via Royal Mail 1st Class. If your order is below £40.00, we will charge £2.00 for delivery. Jewellery deliveries will fit through a standard letter box. The tracking number issued by Royal Mail 1st Class provides confirmation that it has been posted and again when it has been delivered. If there is no update on the Royal Mail tracking system this means that it is still with the Royal Mail.

NOTCH Clothing orders are created in the seconds after you place your order. This means that almost all clothing orders will leave our Clothing Studio the next working day. However please allow up to 6 working days for clothing production and delivery. We will send your clothing order FREE via our courier.

International Shipping

NOTCH ships worldwide at subsidised prices! During the checkout process, when you enter an address outside of the UK, you will be presented with an International Shipping option. Excluding Australia and New Zealand, the cost of all deliveries outside of the UK is £5.00.

For Australia and New Zealand, due to COVID capacity surcharges being applied by the courier industry generally, the delivery charge is £10.00.

International deliveries take up to 12 business days and are shipped via UPS or DPD, with a full tracking service. Delivery lead times DO NOT take into account deliveries subject to random customs clearance checks, which may take an ADDITIONAL 10 business days.

Priority Shipping - UK Only - Jewellery Only

For NOTCH Jewellery deliveries within the UK, you can upgrade your delivery by choosing our Priority Shipping courier service. The cost of Priority Shipping is £10. 

Priority Shipping is a fully tracked courier service with guaranteed delivery within 1 to 3 working days of shipment. Priority Shipping orders will require a signature on delivery.

Is is not possible to order NOTCH Clothing with Priority Shipping.
