Amy's stronger life story

My bracelet is so much more than a bracelet, it’s my daily reminder of how far I have come. I used to consider myself a strong person mentally and physically until last year I broke. I had to accept that some things are simply beyond your control, which I found hard and then I saw NOTCH bracelets.

As I slowly started to pick up the pieces with the help of my husband and best friend, they made me realise that sometimes ‘it’s ok not to be ok’ and that just had to be my first Notch. And thanks to them they keep adding more and more for me. It’s there to remind me how much I am loved as a wife, mum, and best friend.

I mean we all have a breaking point but it’s how we repair it that matters and that’s why I love my NOTCH bracelet so much. 

It’s my reminder that no matter what life throws at you ‘never give up’. It shows how far I’ve come and to keep looking forward. I can’t wait to keep adding to my collection. With the help of family of friends.
