Can I claim the offer more than once?
Yes, you can use the code to claim the offer as many times as you wish. For every one personalised Notch or personalised Lace Tag you order, one additional personalised Notch or personalised Lace Tag will be available FREE.
For example, if you order three personalised Notches or personalised Lace Tags in a single order, an additional three personalised Notches or personalised Lace Tags will be available FREE.
Can I mix personalised Notches with personalised Lace Tags and still receive the FREE offer?
Yes you can mix and match personalised Notches with personalised Lace Tags. For example if you order two personalised Notches and one personalised Lace Tag, an additional three items, whether personalised Notches or personalised Lace Tags, would be available FREE.
Are there any restrictions?
Yes, the Buy One Get One Free offer is only available when you buy the Personalise Your Notch product or the Personalised Lace Tag product at at notch.io.
The offer is only available on the notch.io website. It is not available from any other websites including parkrun or any high street stores. The offer does not apply to secret engravings on the back of personalised Lace Tags.

Please make sure you are using capitals.
The discount code is only available on personalised Notches and personalised Lace Tags ordered using the Personalise Your Notch service or the Personalised Lace Tag service via the Notch website (notch.io). If you have purchased products from different collections then the discount won’t be applied.
How many times can I use the discount code?
As many times as you like up to midnight on 18th January 2026.
Can I use more than one discount code with the same order?
No, you can only use one discount code at a time with any single order.
