    We are currently hiring for the following position

    Production Assistant based in our Hull studio

    We are a hard working, dedicated and fun loving team that produces and ships NOTCH orders to our amazing customers. New team members will be fully trained to understand and work all aspects of the production process. It is a fast paced and busy working environment.

    Main duties include

    • Printing and organisation of orders (splitting orders between categories)
    • Checking complete orders for errors (spelling mistakes, incorrect colour, quality of product, items match order description)
    • Packing orders (Following guidelines on a variety of different packaging options)
    • Posting orders (inputting order numbers into a system, then matching shipping labels to complete orders)
    • Completing end of day/manifest procedures
    • Contact with our customer service team daily, to ensure customer requests and issues are dealt with. (Microsoft teams)
    • Basic warehouse re stocking and cleaning.

    Additional duties

    • Making and constructing bracelets (follow tight guidelines on creating custom bracelets)
    • Engraving personalised bracelet charms (using a laser to engrave text and icons)
    • Occasional Customer Service cover (telephone and live chat support. Full training given)

    Working Pattern

    Monday-Thursday - 9am-5pm

    Friday - 9am-4pm
