NOTCH® Monthly £100 Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is NOTCH® (www.notch.io).

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over.

• Employees of NOTCH®, their families, agents, or affiliates are not eligible to enter.

• By entering the competition, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must share a photo of their NOTCH® bracelet or Notches on Instagram or Facebook, and tag NOTCH® in the post.

• Only posts visible to the promoter (i.e., public posts or posts shared with visible tagging) will be counted.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Competition Period

• The competition runs monthly, beginning on the first day of each calendar month and ending on the last day of the same month.

• Entries received outside of the monthly period will not be included.

5. Prize

• Each month, one winner will receive a £100 digital voucher redeemable exclusively on the NOTCH® website: www.notch.io.

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, parkrun merchandise, e-gift cards, transferred, or used on any other website or retailer or face to face event.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the month.

• Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter (Instagram or Facebook) within 14 days of the month’s end.

• Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their voucher. If no response is received, NOTCH® reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Content Usage

• By entering, participants grant NOTCH® permission to repost, share, or feature their submitted images on NOTCH® social media channels, website, and marketing materials.

• Credit will be given where possible.

8. General Conditions

• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, or not visible due to privacy settings.

• The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data will be used solely for administering this competition and in accordance with NOTCH®’s Privacy Policy, available at www.notch.io.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
