Cancellation of your order and returning products.
Faults are extremely rare, which is why, within 12 months of purchase, if they ever do occur, in any of our products, we promise to send a replacement by return.
Here at Mark of Achievement Limited we aim to provide the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that in some small cases you may wish to return your product back to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with any product that has been supplied to you by Mark of Achievement Limited and you would like to return it to us, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of your decision to do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Once you have informed us that you would like to return a product then you must send it to us at the address below within 28 days. After we have received and inspected the goods we will issue a refund for the product using your original payment method.
Mark of Achievement Limited will not cover the cost of the return postage and we recommend that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a Courier and obtain proof of delivery.
Any returned items must be returned to us in an ‘as new’ condition and in its original packaging (where applicable).
Damaged / Faulty products.
If you receive a product from Mark of Achievement Limited that has been incorrectly supplied or is damaged in any way then please contact email@example.com and inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Once we have discussed the issue we may ask you to return the product back to us in its original packaging. After we have received and inspected the goods we will issue a replacement or a full refund for the product and return postage costs using your original payment method.
Exchanges We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that items to exchange will need to be sent to the following address: NOTCH, 120 Spring Bank, Hull, East Yorkshire, England, HU3 1QJ before a replacement can be issued. Personalised items cannot be exchanged.
Mark of Achievement Limited will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage of any kind, loss of profits or consequential loss resulting from any products or services provided. Mark of Achievement Limited’s liability is limited wholly to the refunds offered within their returns policy.
