All NOTCH orders are handmade at our studios in Yorkshire, UK and will be shipped within 10 working days. We will send your order FREE (to UK post codes) via Royal Mail First Class, and it will fit through a standard letter box.
As soon as your order leaves our studio, we will send you an email which will include a tracking number and link issued by Royal Mail. The tracking link confirms that your order has been posted, and it will update when your order has been delivered. If there is no update on the Royal Mail tracking system this means that your order is still with Royal Mail.
NOTCH ships worldwide at subsidised prices! During the checkout process, when you enter an address outside of the UK, you will be presented with an International Shipping option. Excluding Australia and New Zealand, the cost of all deliveries outside of the UK is £5.00.
For Australia and New Zealand, due to COVID capacity surcharges being applied by the courier industry generally, the delivery charge is £10.00.
International deliveries take up to 12 business days and are shipped via UPS or DPD, with a full tracking service. Delivery lead times DO NOT take into account deliveries subject to random customs clearance checks, which may take an ADDITIONAL 10 business days.
Next Day Delivery - UK Only
During checkout you can upgrade your delivery to Next Day by choosing our Next Day Delivery service. The cost for Next Day Delivery is £10.
Please note that orders for Next Day Delivery must be placed before midday on a weekday, and will be delivered on the next working day (ie Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Next Day Delivery orders placed after midday on a Thursday, or on a Saturday or a Sunday (at any time), will be delivered the following Tuesday.
